Most people come to me for help with relationships, career, health, issues of self-value or their un-enthusiastic spirit. Some may experience those difficulties as painfully unmanageable, forcefully interfering with their pursuits and aspirations. For others, life outside may be defined by achievements and prestige, but a feeling of falseness and emptiness has settled internally, bringing about confusion and a vague sense of self.
Whether considering treatment due to urgent matters, or simply desiring change and personal growth, therapy can be remarkably useful and transformative.
I’ve worked consistently and successfully with individuals and couples treating a range of issues. I support the treatment of anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, grief, loss, transitions.
